RE:   ArcBBS Bulletin Board Software

We originally requested information about your ArcBBS bulletin Board
Software last June, and then in November we recieved a reply.  My collegue
Alex Tong them sent an order for the software.  It is now two months later,
and we still have not recieved the software.  We really would like to see it
arrive here.  If you haven't finished printing the manual yet, then you can
send us a disk-only manual, and send the printed manual later.  If you
haven't finished producing the latest version of the software, you can send
us the last version and send us an update later.

We are hoping to set up our bulletin board for the Chinese New Year, the end
of January.  So far, we have all the hardware and facilities ready, we are
just waiting for your software.  I hope that you can oblige us with a speedy
response.
