When using the EMail system, you can mail to a group, as well as to a single person. The groups that I have set up are: Group name Mails to sales chester, debbie, gilbert, james, lok, riki, vino office alex, candy, chester, debbie, dick, gilbert, howard, james, jgh, ken, lase, lok, paul, raymond, riki, stella, stephen, teresa, vino RnD andy, rick, fai, graham tech paul, dick, raymond, ken all everybody So, as an example, you could mail to 'sales' and CC to 'howard'. The destination of an EMail should all be in lower case letters (except for 'RnD' - the system won't accept 'R&D', it doesn't like '&'). The EMail system can recognise upper case, but the rest of the system can't, so you should use small letters uniformly. Ricky Lok's EMail name is 'lok', but it will recognise and translate 'ricky'. Riki Hon's EMail name is 'riki', but it will recognise and translate 'hon'. My EMail name is 'jgh', but it will recognise and translate 'jonathan'. At the moment, if you want to send a message to Paul Fan or Martin Riley, you will have to print it out, as they are not connected up.
