RE:    Your A3000 Oak SCSI interface


I tried to phone you several times yesterday on 3375840, but there was no
answer.  You left your fax number this morning, so I'm sending a fax.

Using the startup disk, I could reset the SCSI interface so that it would
work on one of our SCSI drives.  However, I could only get intermittant
success using your hard drive.  After formatting, it varified with errors
almost everywhere.  Then it couldn't access it at all.  Going from this, it
seems as though your best solution would be to replace the hard drive with
another one.

If you want to phone me, I will be here until 3:00 today, then I have to go
out; I will be at a school tomorrow morning, so I will be here from
lunchtime.
