ArcBBS could itself pretend to be a modem server, providing a virtual modem that talks directly to ArcBBS, or a version of the local login program, the talks over the network instead of to the local keyboard/screen. Also, is the protocol used by !7Modem Acorn TIP (Terminal Interface Protocol) compatible? (cf TCP/IP Programmer's Guide, pn 0484,003) That is, do you have a protocol module that interfaces between the Acorn TIP protocol and the Econet communication with !7Modem? Could you provide programming details of the communication protocol used by !7Modem?
