BDESCRIPTIONb
   FComp compares two files and displays any differences.  Current
   versions have no command line interface and request all the parameters
   interactively.

   Two filenames need to be specified, and a display method.  The files
   can be displayed as hex bytes in a (D)ump or as (T)ext.  The start
   address within the file can also be specified.  When dumping as bytes
   there is the option to display the actual bytes in the second file or
   the offset difference.
