Never EVER EVER EVER!!!!!!!! use a black background. You will only
piss off every single person who wants to use it. You will get no
thanks from anybody for all their ink being drained out of their
printer.
 
Also, there's no point in using colour. It's a circuit diagram.
Just use black ink and white paper.
 
Also, the ICs are too small for the scale of the drawing. They
need to be about three times bigger than that, something like

As to the content, it looks correct, but bear in mind that the
BAUG has the I and 9 transposed. Where you've got '9', that should
be 'I', where you've got '**UNKNOWN**', that should be '9'.
