I was going to suggest uploading files to the BeebWiki and to that
end had an experiment this afternoon. Unfortunately, the only files
you can upload are articles or images (pictures).
 
However, you can upload a program listing as an article, and
put it in [[Category:Files]], like this test upload I've done at
http://beebwiki.jonripley.com/65Dis
 
It does mean, though, as with any Wiki that anythinguploaded can be
mercilessly edited by any other registed Wiki user.
