Not sure on this one; I know I had problems with the GoMMC, but never
really followed those up.

Well it doesn't use partitions as such, but it does divide the disc up
into an ADFS area and a fileserver area.  Bear in mind that when
running, neither  mode can see or access files on the other.

>From memory, the L3 install compresses the adfs partition, and then
truncates it to the size used plus a small margin, then uses the rest
of the disc as fileserver storage.   So, if you are going to use it as
a general ADFS drive as well, allocate a *huge* file on the disc to
reserve space, before you install, then delete it afterwards.
Remember to backup your !boot file, if you have one, as L3 install
replaces it with the fileserver code.
