Subject: Sir Computers 12 ROM Board - installation?

I just received an Issue 4 Model B fitted with a Sir Computers 12 ROM
Board but it's not booting correctly.

I was getting a long continuous beeb the first time I tried it, then
after removing the ROM from the ZIF socket beside the keyboard and
unplugging & re-plugging in the flying lead from the board (pins
labelled BBC ROM on the board) it now beebs once and leaves a flashing
cursor on screen. No keyboard response.

The ROMs in the main board slots are an HN613128PB04 (labelled Acorn
Computers), the flying cable for the ZIF socket, WE DFS, and an
unlabelled EPROM (no sticker over the window).

The Sir board has Sheet, InterSheet, UltraCalc, Wordwise Plus, EXMON
1.0, and Acorn BASIC installed.

So, does anyone have documentation that shows how the flying lead and
jumpers on the board should be installed, and where the ROMS should go?

And what is the strange 'dummy ROM' at the bottom of this picture?
