Whether people use mail clients that support MIME or not is
irrelevant (I use VIEW), if I want a MIME encoded attachment, I
will ask for it. This is a mailing list, not a binaries list. That
"winmail.dat" is just useless bloat-crap polluting the bandwidth
with absolutely no content of relevance to the message it was
posted with.
