Yep, it's definitely one of those!  I never knew there were so many
different kinds of BBC, I vaguely knew about the PCB issue number thing,
3, 4 and 7, and that the function key strip changed at issue 7.  It's

Nope, they've both got square analogue ports.  And they've both got
issue 7 style keyboard strips. I'm not totally convinced the lid of the
Hong Kong one's got its original lid though, from one side the base
looks a bit more yellow than the top.

But it does remove strange stains and years of dust!  And what may well
have been dried blood where one of them appears to have bitten back when
someone punched out the punch out bit of the keyboard :)
